Subscription Terms

These terms apply when you enroll the pad refill subscription on a Calm Method order. They are in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Shipping & Returns.
1. What you're enrolling in
When you choose auto-refill at checkout, you authorize The Calm Method to ship a 3-pack of replacement sandpaper pads to you automatically at the cadence you selected (4, 6, or 8 weeks). Each refill is charged to the payment method on your order at the price shown on the product page at the time of enrollment ($12.99 per 3-pack as of the date above; subject to change with notice).
2. Your consent is voluntary
Auto-refill enrollment is voluntary and is not a condition of buying the kit, the board, or any other product. You can buy pads one-time without enrolling.
3. When you're charged
Your first refill ships and is charged on the cadence you selected, measured from your initial order date. We send you a notice before each upcoming charge so you can skip, change cadence, or cancel.
4. Skip, pause, cancel - in one tap
You can skip any single refill, pause the subscription for any number of weeks, or cancel altogether at any time. There is no fee, no phone call, and no retention conversation required.
Three ways to manage your refill, all equally easy:
- Account portal: log in at /account > "Manage subscriptions" > cancel in one tap.
- Any refill email: every refill notice and shipment email includes a one-tap cancel link, no login required.
- Email us: reply to any subscription email or write to hello@thecalmmethod.com with your order number; we cancel within one business day.
Cancellations apply to the next billing cycle. We never charge for refills that have not shipped.
5. Price changes
If we change the per-refill price, we send you notice at least 7 days before the change takes effect, with a one-tap link to cancel if you do not want to continue.
6. Refunds on subscription orders
Refunds on shipped refills follow our standard Refund Policy. Approved refunds post to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
7. Your data
We collect and use information for your subscription as described in our Privacy Policy. You can manage your data preferences at Your Privacy Choices.
